Going for my last 咏春 class later.
):
(I am not exactly in the "blogging mood" so well... excuse me if this post goes random or anything.)
Havent been updating for a month and I totally missed out updating about my progress in 咏春 class. Or to be exact, it is not the progress that it counts, but the love for it and for the class.
I remember it was probably about one and a half month ago that I was introduced to 咏春, by my cousin. He came to my (another) cousin's office (where I worked in), and somehow he was talking about him needed to go for 咏春 class later at night.
In my head I was like... "What the hell is 咏春?“
Pardon me, I did not watch 叶问 then.
But you know, I was working and got nothing to do everyday other than work. No friends to talk to and no outings to go for. Was thinking of learning something new too. ( I even thought of learning dance so you can see how bored I was -.- Haha I know LRM is going to be very happy when she reads this -.-)
All I know about 咏春 then was that it is a kind of Kung Fu.
Days later my cousin bought me 叶问1 and 叶问2 DVDs. Then I knew what 咏春 is all about (:
I even went online to go research on 咏春 (you know me...).
Somehow I went with my cousin to my first 咏春 lesson.
First impression: all guys, and all older than me. (Except my 师姐 and her friend whom I did not know then)
Second impression: 师父 is so young -.- Like around 26 years old ba? I thought Kung Fu Shi Fu are always like above 40 one -.-
On my first lesson, there was a guy from I dont know where, came and 踢馆. Then 师父 was preparing to fight. Fought for about 5 min?
师父 won (:
(To be continued...)
